Support Phillippine Toyota Workers Campaign

Toyota massively and illegally dismissed the 233 members in 2001
It's now Eleven years (11)  since Toyota massively and illegally dismissed the 233 members in 2001 and another illegal dismissal to the four members of the Toyota Motor Philippines Corporation Workers Association (TMPCWA) in 2010 to bust the union.

Members, families and supporters are still enduring this struggle together  in solidarity with  supporters inside and outside the country. Because of this undying struggle of the illegally dismissed workers, Toyota were forced to use a desperate means to continue its union busting by utilizing the pending fabricated criminal cases filed against the leaders and members of our union to give up the fight.
In this regard, SIGUTR calls on all comrades to, either as an individual or as an organization, to support this campaign.

I am writing to call your attention on the more than a decade struggle of the Philippine Toyota workers.

This is already a more than a decade problem between the company Toyota and the illegally dismissed workers. You are promoting about your company’s corporate social responsibility to the world but you were not giving serious attention in this very long-decade problem of your workers.

The illegally dismissed workers and their families have suffered a lot in their lives and livelihood and it should be end now and bring back their normal life as workers, as human. It is time for you to act on this matter seriously.
I urge you to sit on the table together with the union TMPCWA to settle the problem immediately.

I trust that you take action in this case.

Yours sincerely,
